We understand plans change. To keep things fair for everyone and to protect time we have set aside, please note:
Rescheduling
If you reschedule more than 2 working days before the appointment, it is free of charge.
If you reschedule less than 2 working days (short notice) before the appointment, a £50 Reschedule Fee will apply.
Multiple reschedules for the same booking may each incur the Reschedule Fee. This helps us manage our diary and cover admin. Please note the Reschedule Fee does not reduce or offset later cancellation charges.
Cancellations
Cancellations more than 2 working days before the appointment are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 2 working days (short notice) may incur the full survey fee, as per our T&Cs.
Important: If a booking is rescheduled with less than 2 working days’ notice and then cancelled, the original short-notice cancellation charge still applies. This policy prevents short notice reschedules being used to avoid cancellation fees and protects us from potential loopholes and to cover the time and resources reserved for your booking.
No Access
If we cannot gain access at the agreed time, a £100 no-access fee will be charged to cover wasted time and travel. If you still wish to proceed with the survey, it will need to be rebooked as a new appointment, and the already agreed survey fee will apply.
If you have prepaid for the Survey, any fees for rescheduling, cancellation, or no-access will be deducted from your payment. Any remaining balance will be refunded where applicable.
